Arnaud discovered Kharkiv in 2018. He came back several times. This city is the second largest city in Ukraine. It had 1.8 million inhabitants.
In 2022, everything changed... This magnificent city was bombed for weeks and 60% of the population left. This has both caused a shock for the population, but also for the local economy.
